While healing from an injury suffered from an accidental fall out of a VIP DJ booth, Abilene Maverick started thinking about her legacy at WOW. Fearing she may never be able to return to the WOW ring due to her questionably consistent list of injuries, Abilene Maverick began the search for a protigé. One night, while partying in the most exclusive club in Las Vegas, Abilene met 90 Day Fiance star Paola Mayfield. The two VIPs hit it off instantly, bonding over crazy fan stories, fashion faux pas, and designer bags. As they chatted, Abilene realized she’d just found her new recruit! With perfect timing, Abilene Maverick brought Paola The GOAT to the WOW arena on the very night of the last Battle Royal Qualifying Match, slipping Paola into championship competition in the knick of time.
